The Esprimi Panel is a vibrant community of opinionated people ready to share their views on issues, trends, brands, products and services. This online panel is made up of thousands of customers from all age-groups with varied interests, diverse lifestyles, and different opinions. They are people from all walks of life in one space, ready and willing to speak their mind. Together, these people make up a sample which is representative of the general population in Malta.
You can register in the community through our webpage www.community.esprimi.eu , fill in the registration form, agree to the terms and conditions and submit your request. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to activate your account. Upon validation of your registration 500 Esprimi point will be added to your account.
When a new survey is available on the portal you will receive an email from Esprimi Research community@esprimi.eu with a link directing you to sign into your account. Once you sign in you will be able to complete the survey.
We try to keep our community engaged however there is no pattern on the frequency, it can vary from once a week to once a month. Whenever Esprimi has a new survey you will receive an email with a link inviting you to participate.
Click on ‘Points’ at the top of the page. A list with your points transactions will show up. This will show any points earned and from which survey the points have been earned, and also any points exchanged for a reward.
Click on ‘Rewards’ at the top of the page. A list of rewards available will show up. Each reward has different points required. Choose which reward you like by clicking on ‘Get Reward’.
If you deleted your account by mistake please get in touch with us on community.esprimi.eu and we will help you out.
Redeeming the points is easily done from the Rewards section. Once you get your reward you will receive an email acknowledging your voucher. All vouchers are processed at the end of the month. For vouchers which will need to be physically picked up from our offices you will be notified when these are made available. Donations towards charities are also processed and sent together at the end of the month to the respective charities, a copy of the receipt received from the charity will forwarded to you at a later stage.
This varies with each reward, however in general rewards are processed at the end of the month.
Cash - will be received at the beginning of the following month directly to your Revolut account (make sure your personal information is correct, especially your mobile number!)
Vouchers – a member from our team will contact you once your voucher is ready for collection
Charity donations – these will be sent directly to the charity by Esprimi on your behalf
If you finish a survey and your points are not allocated, please get in touch with us on community.esprimi.eu or through our contact for. Please do take note of the survey name.

- Insert mobile number
- Follow text message URL to download Revolut on the Google Play or Apple App Stores via the link
- Open an account (takes 2 minutes)
- Top up €10 by bank transfer from your account to activate it
- Select and order Free Card [Standard Delivery]
- Verify your identity (Tap more -> Profile -> Verify identity) This means your Revolut card will be ready to use as soon as you've got it and we will be able to transfer any Cash Voucher requests to your Revolut account. *This process currently only works for New Revolut users.
